MEDICAL CASE MANAGEMENT
The Medical department provides intensive case management and diabetes management services for eligible clients.
YOUTH PREVENTION PROGRAM
Promotes positive growth and enhance the wellbeing of American Indian youth in the Bakersfield community.
Available to all patients through individual nutrition counseling appointments for a variety of conditions/disease states including: diabetes, hypertension, malnutrition, obesity, GI disorders, food allergies, addiction, and pregnancy..
The BAIHP pharmacy offers various medications and prescriptions for various needs. Good access to good medicines is the pharmacy goal.
The BAIHP Diabetes department is committed to the prevention and treatment of diabetes in American Indians and Alaskan Natives (AIAN).
Our behavioral health services consist of both mental health services and substance use disorder services. We offer outpatient mental health services and both outpatient and inpatient substance use disorder services.
BAIHP can accommodate and help with providing transportation for patients living in the Bakersfield area.
The BAIHP delivers excellent Case Management services for patients who need the overall assistance in various aspects of their physical and mental health needs.
