    Hours Per Week: 40 | Job Type: Full-time Non-Exempt | Salary: $17.00 – $25.00 / HR | The Medical Assistant is part of a multi-disciplinary team working together to establish and carry out a case plan for each client and performs routine administrative and clinical tasks to keep the health clinic running smoothly. This role is responsible for back office and front office duties. The MA maintains a clean, organized, and safe environment, and performs patient care services that support the physician/ provider’s practice under the clinical supervision of the Physician and Nurse Practitioner. The MA is the first point of customer contact and is responsible for coordinating all patient requests for referrals and authorizations. The Medical Assistant will function within the scope of practice as described by the State of California Board. The Medical Assistant Back Office duties include providing a friendly, compassionate, and efficient environment for patients and providers to ensure the highest level of productivity. The Medical Assistant will perform a variety of duties related to the patients’ assessment, treatment, reevaluation, and discharge. This position will take patient vitals, chart procedures and provider orders and assist in managing patient flow. This position may require night and weekend shifts as needed. This position may have access to third party credit card information and transactional systems (cash registers, point of sale devices, applications supporting credit card transactions, and reports or other documents containing credit card information) from single transactions or a single card at a time.

    Hours Per Week: 40 | Job Type: Full-time Non-Exempt | Salary: $34.00 – $55.00 / HR | The primary purpose of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to determine, assess, and plan health and case management services for patients enrolling to the clinic who also are seeking enhanced care management, supportive services, or any other eligible services offered by the organization. The RN ensures that services promote the early detection of diseases and or illnesses. The RN serves as a central point of contact for patients and provides services that emphasize health care check and screening that are preventive in nature. The RN is part of a multi-disciplinary team working together to establish and implement a case plan for each client: monitor health care goals and outcomes; deliver and meet grant-based healthcare objectives and milestones, to effect overall wellness support programs funded by federal, state, and local funding sources. This may include providing safe in-home assessments, screenings, and care. Participation in activities weekdays and weekends at community-based outreach events is a standard practice of the entire medical crew.
