Provides primary care in Internal Medicine in a clinic setting. Ambulatory services only, no ER, in-patient, or on-call required. Bakersfield American Indian Health Project (BAIHP) is a patient centered community health clinic that uses cultural and traditional practices valued in American Indian and Alaska Native communities. BAIHP’s integrated health care model and employees are an integral part of delivering whole person and holistic care to the community. The Family Practice Physician will play a critical role in making a meaningful difference in the lives of this vulnerable population.
